All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Customer Support All HID kits come with full installation instructions that will be sent to your email. If further support is needed please email us with your information and you will receive a response within 24 hours. In most cases we will offer you further support over the phone. If any other questions or technical support is needed for any of our other products please email and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours and provide you with further assistance.
Shipping We strive to get each item shipped within 24 hours, but in some cases please allow up to 48 hours for your item to be shipped. Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Please look under item description for details on which shipping method will be used for that specific item. Once, your item has shipped you will receive an email with tracking and delivery confirmation. If for any reason you do not receive this email please contact us and we will resend the information. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, damaged, lost or stolen merchandise that may occur while in the hands of USPS.
Returns/Refund Refunds are based on the original purchase price. Shipping is NOT refunded. Please contact us first before returning any item to obtain a return authorization. Return the item in the original condition that you received it in within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full purchase price minus the shipping charges and 15% re-stock fee. We will not accept or process your return if the items are not in their original condition. We make the final determination whether the items are suitable for return or exchange. Fees of 15% from the product retail price will be charged for re-stock. The item must be returned to us for inspection prior to issuing a credit. Please do not send item back without contacting us first and obtaining a return authorization.
Warranty All our products are backed by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Warranty covers all products that do not show signs of being tampered with or abnormal use. We will replace any items that have internal damage that have not been caused by improper installation, handling, or misuse. We reserve the right to determine if item is eligible for exchange. Please contact us in advance to discuss exchange options for any faulty products.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a GIXXERBOYS product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, GIXXERBOYS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GIXXERBOYS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GIXXERBOYS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by GIXXERBOYS without notice at any time, for any reason.
